Cancellation Policy : In the event of a Tenant cancellation of a rental 60 days or more before the first day of the rental term, any rental fee paid, (less an administrative fee of 10% of the total fees paid) will be refunded and returned to the Tenant within two weeks of the cancellation. There will be no refunds for cancellations thereafter. The security deposit will be refunded regardless of the cancellation date. In the event of a Homeowner cancellation, every effort will be made to relocate the Tenant in like accommodations. If there are any differences in price for the accommodations the Tenant will be refunded the balance.
